Addition-curing 2-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature (RTV).

The silicone is supplied in high-quality plastic squeeze bottles with a dosing cap.
This makes dispensing very easy and clean.
Precise dosing is effortless, as you would expect from comparable food packaging, for example, and represents a significant improvement over the usual tin cans or wide-mouth bottles.

TFC Silicone Rubber Type 15 is ideal for producing sophisticated, elastic, and durable molds with pronounced undercuts.

TFC Silicone Rubber Type 15 can be used to produce single- or multi-part molds
for replicating original models made of wood, glass, metal, plastic, wax, and ceramic casting materials.

You can cast in the prepared molds with all water-soluble casting materials, such as relief casting compounds such as TFC Xyrarock or TFC Xyraflix, TFC alabaster plaster, modeling and model making plaster, casting clay, cement, concrete, etc.

Soap casting compounds (soap glycerin) for making your own soap or wax for candle making are also possible without any problems, as is casting with casting resins.

Due to the high translucency and Shore hardness of the cured silicone, cutting the mold close to the original is very easy.
For a bubble-free and therefore translucent result, we recommend deaerating the mixture with a vacuum device before casting.
